IDBI Bank has released a notification for the recruitment of 119 Specialist Officer (SO) posts for the year 2025. These jobs are in different grades, namely Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager Grade B. The application process will be done online from April 7, 2025, to April 20, 2025. Deputy General Manager Grade D: 8 posts
Assistant General Manager Grade C: 42 posts
Manager Grade B: 69 posts

Educational qualification
Deputy General Manager Post Graduation or Degree from a government recognized university with relevant experience, for example CA MBA or any technical degree
Assistant General Manager: Graduation or Post Graduation plus qualifications like JAIIB/CAIIB/MBA will be preferred
Manager: Graduation is mandatory plus additional qualifications are preferable Students and experience related to the posts should refer to the notification of the officer

Age Limit (as of April 1, 2025):
DGM: 35-45 years
AGM: 28-40 years
Manager: 25-35 years
Age relaxation is available for reservation categories as per government rules (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwD: 10 years).

Salary Allowances:
DGM: Rs. 76,010 – Rs. 1,00,350 (per month)
AGM: Rs. 63,840 – Rs. 78,230
Manager: Rs. 48,170 – Rs. 69,810
Other allowances (HRA, DA, etc.) will be as per bank norms.

General/OBC Category: Rs. 1050 (Application Fee + GST)
SC/ST/PwD Category: Rs. 250 (Intimation Charges Only)

Selection Process:
Preliminary Screening: Shortlisting based on age, educational qualifications, and experience.
Group Discussion (GD) or Personal Interview (PI): For shortlisted candidates.

Document Verification: For selected candidates.
